BREAK-DOWN OF CASH FOR CLUNKERS PLAN:

• Vehicle must have an MSRP of $45,000 or less
• Only one voucher per customer
• Excludes leases under 5 years
• Effective July 1, 2009 - November 1, 2009
• The National Highway Transportation and Safety Administration (NHTSA) has 30 days from enactment to specify rules and requirements
